Mount Pleasant Winery was established in 1859, and is located in the heart of the Augusta Appellation wine district, the first in the United States, founded in 1980. Napa Valley was the second in 1983.
They have more than 85 acres of grapevines producing on their land, where they grow Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Chardonnay, and have been since the late ’80s.
