Black Tangerine was created in November 2006 by Rashida Kapadia, who graduated from the London College of Fashion in 2001 as a Fashion Designer. “I wanted to create a brand which reflected my own passion for affordable design: where the products are always fresh and exciting – cool shapes and colours constantly changing and keeping pace with the very latest in fashion trends - pieces that I would want to carry and wear myself”.
