Hide Address Step in Cart

Is there any way to not show the address step at all in the checkout?

Yes: select 'View Options' from the modul menu of the cart module -> 'Start with page'.

There is a problem with that.  It still shows the summary page and it also let's the user go back.  It also has the issue that it takes the ability to let the user adjust there cart numbers.  Can you maybe work on changing the settings to not have a start on this page but maybe give the user the ability to check which of the forms to show at all.
