What store settings are needed for dotnetCHARGE???

If anyone can point me towards a solution I would be greatful!

I am trying to configure dotNetCHARGE server version to work with CATALooK. I cannot find anywhere in the documentation what CATALooK store settings I need to provide to get it to work!

For instance...where CATALooK asks for the "Merchant Hash/Certificate" - is that supposed to be c:\windows\dotnetcharge or is that supposed to be the hash that is in the actual .enc file that is in that directory?

There are sevreal other settings too for merchant ID and password, etc. I am trying to set this up for Paymentech Orbital.

My problem is that I keep getting an error that it cannot instantiate the dotnetcharge object at checkout - this makes me think the dotnetcharge license key is not being found.

Could this be a permissions issue in the file system?

You can find all settings in the Paymentech Orbital chapter of the dotnetcharge manual. All not required fields can be blank e.g. the Hash/Certificate field. The error is caused by missing or wrong installation steps. You must add some lines of code for the dotnetcharge provider and sometimes it is also required to rebuild the provider with your dotnetcharge.dll.
