Paypal Payflo changes causing errors

Paypal Payflo changes causing errors
A client of mine just started receiving this message on Friday. The following error occurred while processing your credit card information: Error code:User authentication failed, Account configuration issue. Please verify your login credentials. Paypal said they did make a change that went into affect on Friday and they are now looking for the Partner Login, User, Password and are asking if there is a "SDK" option. I assume now the cart is using an API and if that is the case, they can still work with that, we just need to make some changes they said. Has anyone else run into issue and if so, is there a patch or fix out?
