The First Name and Last Name fields are not being saved in the CataLook.net checkout.
I'm using the DNN Profile functions. It is working for the other fields (City, State, Phone etc.) but is not being saved for the First and Last Name. There is a First Name and last name in the DNN User Credentials and I've also tried adding it in the Profile but I still can't get it to work.
Using 5.03 on DNN 4.3.5 (had same problem using 5.02 on 4.3.4 and upgraded in attempt to resolve)
Thoughts?
The First Name and Last Name fields are standard fields. You don't need to add them separately. CATALooK.netStore will use the standard fields from the User Credentials page.This works well on our test installations and I have not heard about problems before.
It is still not working for me - I've tested numerous times with no luck. I started having trouble when I upgraded to DNN 4.3.4. Do you have any thoughts about where I could look to see what the problem is? How does CataLOOK connect to the User Credentials?

You will notice that when you enter in your name and address, the first and last name are lost by the time you get to the "confirm" page.
Please check if you have deleted the fields on the 'Manage Profile Properties' page.
Yes, when I first upgraded to 4.3.4 I naively thought that the First Name, Last Name fields on the Profile were redundant from the Credentials page so I deleted them. In an attempt to fix the problem, I have added them back. However, adding them back doesn't seem to fix the problem.
