Does anyone know how to add the user's prefix (i.e. Mr. Mrs. Miss etc) in the various email templates? A token of {USERINFO_PROFILE_PREFIX}, which would seem sensible based on the other fields there, doesn't work: it just includes that text verbatim. The value shows up in the order when viewed in the order admin module, so the info must be in the system and it would be very helpful to include it in the order confirmation emails. Ideas? There are some out-commented profile field samples in the standard email templates.
