When the advertisement emails are sent, it shows all of the prices and includes the amount with tax as well. In the email template there is a token {ProductPrice} which displays this. I cannot find an option anywhere to turn off the price with tax from being displayed. I have also tried using other tokens in this place but nothing I tried works. Does anyone know how I can just have the price without tax displayed in these advertisement emails? I think I solved this issue. Try this: In Store Settings set Tax to 0 Then use Tax Zones to set your Tax value. For me I chose United States and the first record which is NON-State specified to my required Tax value. CATALook V6.0.8 I hope this works for everyone. What you suggested wouldn't work for me becasue I need tax to be applied to California residents. However, I did find out how to fix this issue because of your suggestion. Solution: The email template will show taxes based on the state (region) of the account you are logged in as.
