Search Forum Home   DotNetNuke  CATALooK.netStore  error returning...  error returning postage rates USPS    10/23/2011 12:45:55 AM psandmore 1 posts error returning postage rates USPS Hello, I am setting up my first Catalook store (6.4.2) on a new DNN (6.0.2) installation.  I have made it through the checkout to the calculate postage page which returns this error: USPS Rates Request Error, Number: 80040b1a, USPS Rates Request Error: Authorization failure. Perhaps username and/or password is incorrect. I have a valid USPS username and password in the cart settings page.  also, the product has a weight and dimensions.
