Please advise how to edit the helpdesk email wording at the top. ==-== I assume the logical place to change this is in >CatStoreSetting >Edit email templates. There is no email template in the dropdown for the helpdesk. Using either Standard and Advanced: The only available email templates in the dropdown are: Order Receipt Template Purchase Order Receipt Template Invoice Email Template Quotation Email Template Credit Note Email Template Commission Credit Note Email Template Auction Type 1 Email Advertisement Template Pick List Template I also looked in >languages and have not located a resource file to make the change.
