Hello

If I go through the link sent by E-mail, I get the following message, and "my downloads" is not available.
"You do not have access to view this tab within the portal."

The last order was the link after a certain amount of time available. is this a timing issue?

If you email catalook support team or use the contact form under the support and service tab the guys should fix that up for you.
