In the past week I have had about 450 orders placed and two of them did not include shipping. I am running Catalook Version 5.05 on DNN Version 4.09.05. These two orders (from what I can see, are completely random). I have tried logging in as these two customers and place orders in both IE, Firefox, Chrome and Safari and each time I am prompted to pay shipping. It appears that everything is configured correctly. Any idea what could be causing this? Any help would be much appreciated.  8/23/2011 4:07:25 PM aggiebeck 2 posts Re: Shipping Not Being Added I figured I would go ahead and update this post since I received an e-mail back from Catalook Support. The forumla that I was using for shipping was "q1-2=8,q3-3=12,q4-4=16,q5-5=10,q6-6=12,q7-7=14,q8-8=16,q9-9=9,q10-=0+1" I was told by Catalook that for quantity based shipping, I only needed to put a "q" on the first part of the formula. I was also told that v5.0.5 doesn’t work with DNN 4.9 and they recommended updating to v6.0.8 for DNN4.9 or to the latest version 6.3.9 and DNN5.6.2+.
