Could not find stored procedure 'dbo.CAT_GetNativeLanguage'.
I am getting the following error when trying to install ''.netStore -

Error A critical error has occurred.
Could not find stored procedure 'dbo.CAT_GetNativeLanguage'.

Maybe you have not installed the module CATALooKStore.ZIP or there was an error on uploading this module. Please check the event log. Here you can find some fixes for module upload and timeout problems:
