Ship-To Address Options
* CataLOOK 6.08. DNN 5.6.01. * Realtime mode with Custom Shipping Rates only * Offline CC Processing We are trying to configure the checkout process, and cannot figure out which combination of options to use. The problem is an error message on CartPageNo 3 (Shipping Rate Selection). If I am logged in as a normal user, and do NOT create/select a Ship-To address, OR if I select the "Same as Billing" address, CataLOOK throws this error: "There are no rates available. We will immediately inform you about the actual transport costs. Please feel free to contact us: (email address). Select [Continue] to send a new shipping rates request." If I am logged in as a normal user, and create/select a Ship-To address, CataLOOK goes to the next step and displays Custom Shipping Rates. If I am logged in as Admin, and select "Same as Billing", CataLOOK goes to the next step and displays the Custom Shipping Rates. Here are our Custom Shipping Rates and Formulas: In Store Pickup: 0-=0 FedEx Two Business Days: 0-=12 USPS First Class Mail: 0-=1.5 USPS Certified Mail: 0-=5 I've tried various combinations of the following settings, with no luck. Store Settings: * Enable ship-to address selection Cart Settings: * Make Ship-To Address Required * Use product shipping setup for [Ship-To-Address] page display * Show rates from all shipping companies at once. * Use product shipping setup for [Select shipping company and rate] section display on shipping page * Display [Checkout with delivery/shipping] and [Checkout with in-store pickup] buttons on address page if possible. Wow, that post is ugly. I had it all formatted and the Forums stripped all the CR/LF's. What's up with that?

Haven't heard any response. I've also emailed support@dnnsoft.com, with no reply. Can someone please look at this?
