Quite a nuisance as I'm losing sales because of this... too many problems and I'd just like it to be working. Sometimes there are changes in newer DNN version that require a module update. Once there is a new DNN version that requires a module update, we also release a new CATALooK.netStore version. The latest CATALooK.netStore version 6.3.7 works with DNN5.6.2+. So CATALooK.netStore should not prevent you from updating DNN. When you have bought CATALooK.netStore, a one year free update service was included. If you lost your license key or login to the download page, please send us a request by email and include the purchase information. Or if your subscription has expired already, you could buy a subscription extension for 50% of the full amount.  7/21/2011 5:55:09 AM DavidT 30 posts Re: Invoices not produced - Object cannot be cast from DBNull to other types I really don't want to spend more money on Catalook when I've had so many problems and support has been poor (even reply here took months!) The version I currently have should work with DNN as it did before and now even the Cart stops going to checkout with the Ajax loading icon appearing and nothing happens. This is not about constantly upgrading when features originally included which I used have been removed. This causes me concern when upgrading which is why I just want to know what is happening with the current version I have which should be working. I've asked in the past about details on skinning catalook and had no response.  The documentation has no depth on this at all on where to skin the elements shown on screen so it seems it is all left to guesswork or clear only to .NET developers.  7/21/2011 1:09:43 PM host 1836 posts Re: Invoices not produced - Object cannot be cast from DBNull to other types We don't offer support here in the forum. We only offer support by email: Support Page and HelpDesk. FF5.0 / Ajax It may be possible that Ajax doesn't work with older DNN / CATALooK.netStore versions and FireFox 5.0. Items would not be added to the cart and checkout is not longer possible with this browser. The Ajax loading image spins but nothing happens. Fix: Update to the latest DNN and CATALooK versions or turn off Ajax in the store settings, the module options and the portal settings. We don't remove features in new version. New versions are also compatible with older skin packages, language packages, email template packages etc. The problem with older DNN versions is that they constantly improve and add new features, adapt it for new browser versions and fix security issues. We use the DNN API for many things e.g. Ajax, security etc. So if you are using an older DNN version and FF5.0 also Ajax will not longer work for the CATALooK.netStore modules. There are full documented skin files in the manual and samples for table free css skins and skinning with html tables. If you are using a several years old CATALooK.netStore version, maybe some things are not included or supported. Please resend your request by email and include the purchase information.
