I can't seem to figure out two outstanding issues. 1. The shopping cart seems to charge a flat rate on shipping items regardless if it's one item or 99 of the same item plus 10 of another. It's been set to Fedex real time adjustments but it doesn't seem to adjust with the items on the cart. How can this be fixed? 2. Is there a way to set a pick-up option for customers as an option on the shopping cart. Thanks in advance  9/6/2010 2:18:26 AM GRL570810 146 posts www.epicservices.com.au Re: Shipping function inquiries Not sure what's going on for point 1. - can you please be more precise in what settings you have in the Freight Charges section of Store Settings, and what you have set for weight / dimensions on the products. 2. - use CAT_ShippingRates module to create a 'pick up' shipping supplier. For issue 1, we have Freight Charges listed as zero for all of them (because we rely on the real time calculation provided by our shipping provider). One of the items we have it listed as 16x14x1 and 7.5x5.5x1 are just a few examples. For issue 2, I made a "Pick Up" option for the shopping cart, it says that the rates aren't provided by the shipping provider and doesn't allow the buyer to proceed any further or the order get processed.
