I'm building my first ticketing system and have a query about configuration. As well as individual Adult / Child  tickets I want to include a 'Family' option that equates to 2 adults + 2 children (but at a reduced price). I've been using the 'quantity entry field' control type and it works fine for the individual tickets but the problem is, although entering 1 for the family option gets the price right it only reduces the stock by 1 and not the correct 4. This is important as these are tickets for a cruise on a boat so we cannot oversubscribe for safety reasons. Am I going about this the right way and there is a configuration parameter I haven't found to adjust stock, or is there another way of doing the options that will give me the correct result? Hi Graham, how about to configure your family ticket as a bundle ? You add 3 "free" tickets to the family ticket, so you could reduce the stock correctly.
