Using a merchant account
I have built a few different sites using catalook, but have never used a merchant account. I have only used paypal. I have a new client wanting a site and they have a merchant account.

What information will I need to get from them to set up catalook to leverage that account? Any tips or things to watch for would be helpful.

Thanks,

Slouch

Re: Using a merchant account
Will very much depend on the bank they are using. Firstly you need to ensure it's in the list of banks supported by Catalook which is on the Store Settings module. Then it's usually simply a matter of dropping in the combination of userIDs and passwords that the bank supplies and away it goes. The hardest part is often getting the right info out of the bank - they will often assume you are trying to write code to interface with their system and will send you all their API specifications....

BTW if the bank is not included in the current list Susanne is, in my experience, very responsive to request for a new API interface - mail her on support@dnnsoft.com.
