I'm confused... the scheduler reports that the file could not be found when it runs the product update.
EXCEPTION: File: C:\clients\ABCCompany\Portals\0\ not found
When I go to the folder... I see the catimportitems.xls file. It's the only XLS file in the folder and was there 6 hours before the scheduler ran. I get the same error if I run the schedule manually. The file has permissions to be read by the database user.
Has anyone else had this problem? How did you solve it?
