My Client requirements are 1) He should be able to import and export the products from and to EXCEL 2) He will give the exported excel sheet to data entry person so that he / she can add new data or Update the existing data or remove from the excel sheet . 3) Then this modified excel sheet is imported in the catalook store module to view the changes . Overall Client want to manage the product from excel sheet that could be imported and exported. How I should achieve the above task ? Read the manual.section 'Data Import'  around pp 283 et seq. in the latest version. www.epicservices.com.au DNN websites - CATALooK specialists  5/24/2010 1:24:44 PM lalkumarlal 2 posts Re: Product Import and Export Thanks for your reply but I have read the document and according to it "To re-import data from product data export of module CAT_Products you must manually change the table, node or sheet name to 'items'" I have done this and got the excel file from CAT_Products section I have then uploaded this file (after changing the price of items ) in "Data Import " of  "CAT_StoreSettings " I am getting message "The following error occurred: External table is not in the expected format."
