Is there any support for this product?
Hi,
I'm currently reviewing the trial version of CATALook.netStore with a view to buying the Pro Version.
I have emailed support@dnnsoft.com twice now but have have not had the decency of a reply or even an acknowledgement of receipt. I'm looking for feedback from other users as to whether this is the normal level of help & support I can expect to get after paying my money.
I've read many reports now that the Documentation is poor, that I can agree with after seeing what's included with the trial version therefore support is going to be important. I see many messages here on the forums that go unanswered either by DNNSoft or the rest of the community and this worries me.
If anybody cangive me any feedback here on how they have found DNNSofts help & support I'd appreciate it. A number of comments I've seen around the internet have been less than favourable.
