I thought I use this forum to first announce our first iPhone app which is also a first for DotNetNuke platform as well as Catalook. This app and companion DNN Module is to make life easy for a busy shop owner on the move, running their Online Store using Catalook in DotNetNuke Portal. Web Service Module and DotNetNuke & Store Activity Detail Module are developed for the DotNetNuke & Catalook Store Portal Activity application (For Smart Phones ie. iPhone, iPod Touch and Android) in Apple iPhone Store, which is designed to allow a shop owner who are running their Catalook Store in DotNetNuke with an easy method of checking the activities of their Store and basic DotNetNuke users online type overview.
Once The Application is opened, it is quick & easy to check and see if any significant activities have happened in the recent days. If something important has happened, then with one click the shop owner can reach a page on their portal so to do further checks and interact with their users if necessary using these DNN modules.
I found that trying to explain the module and App ends up being too long and tedious. So please watch part one of the Video here on YouTube and watch it here on Motion Box
Please note that, this module at $20 USD do require running alongside an iPhone application on Apple store and will not be useful if run on its own. This iPhone App is 5 USD and without it, these modules have no value.
Please see the video explaining the configuration and how to use the app on your iPhone and iPod Touch. Please see it here in You Tube or below on this page.
