I have installed the latest trial version 514 on the DNN 5.01.04, and I'm getting the following error on the module CAT_Cart: Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection. Parameter name: index I've found on the forum a few old references to the file countrylistbox.dll, but nothing else. I was searching on the forum using Google instead of the search, and I missed the last post with the same problem. As Susanne explained there, the problem was due to GCheckout.dll and it was because I had an older Catalook version installed.
