Quickbooks Export Not Working
Hello.  I purchased the Catalook Professional shopping cart for a client based on the fact that it supported Quickbooks export.  Now that we have the cart up and running, my client cannot successfully export orders into QuickBooks.  She is using the latest version of QuickBooks (10) and her system crashes every time she tries to open her imported orders.

Please help provide me with some insight on how to fix this.  I assured her that she would have no trouble exporting to QuickBooks and now she is very upset with me that it doesn't work.
