Thumbnails missing

We have 2 seperate DNN instances on the same server (windows 2003 64bit) both using Catalook. site 1 DNN version: 04.09.04 Catalook: 05.08.01 Thumbnail ref: http://www.handprinted.co.uk/DesktopModules/CATALooKStore/MakeThumbImage.aspx?ID=%2fPortals%2f0%2f16-12-screen_1.jpg&PORTALID=0&W=120&H=120 Site 2 DNN version: 04.09.05 Catalook: 05.09.06 Thumbnail ref: http://www.kmcharitychallenge.co.uk/DesktopModules/CATALooKStore/MakeThumbImage.aspx?fileticket=XdPheu/UgJs%3d&PORTALID=5&W=160&H=160 Both have same compression settings etc. Site 1 displays thumbnails ok on site 2 they are missing. Any help much appreciated as both are live sites. Best regards Jon

Hi, Not only has this not been resolved, but we have another shop site we are working on using the same version of DNN and the same version of Catalook, which appears to have no thumbnail issues, if anyone has had this problem and resolved it, we would be very interested to hear how? Jon

HELP! I have the problem too. It was fine before (DNN 5.1? and Catalook 5.8). I upgraded both my DNN and Catalook and now it's messed up. I did a comparison of both the DNN code and Catalook code between versions and I don't see the smoking gun. I'm now using DNN 5.4.1 and Catalook 6.0.8. Note that I did attempt to debug this and found that Catalook is calling a DNN function. Another note...are you using the SSL enforced option? There are many comments about this in the source... My SSL enforced is not on, so my problem must be elsewhere.

I haven't resolved the original problem, but I can tell you that if you refer to the file by its url, it will work! If you choose file on your site, the thumbnails don't work. ARGH!
