No answer here or on support@dnnsoft.com? How can I get in touch with support? They seem to respond very quickly when I ask how to buy something from them. But after I paid the money and the upgrade broke my live site, now I don't exist for them? Is this how it goes here?

I've owned the software for a few months now and have not had that experience.  I have asked several questions in the forums and had them answered rather quickly.

This is the second time it happens to me, when they don't even bother to reply. First time it was fairly minor issue, so it did not frustrate me much, even though it seemed pretty odd, as it was a bug (at least an acknowledgement of it would be appreciated). But now my live site is broken by their new version and I need to know what to do, and I get nothing from them in reply:-( Very unprofessional.

How are you finding support now, a few months later?

I've emailed support twice now as I'm keen to buy the product and haven't even had a reply which is worse than you've experienced so far.

How have things been since your last post, any improvements? Did they help you fix your website?

They did reply in a few days, by that time I already found a solution myself. So far in my experience I would rate the support as average. They do respond, though sometimes it takes a while, and it's not always helpful. To be fair, they provided me with solutions couple of times when things were obviously broken on their side. But when the problem is not so obvious and there is nothing in documentation about why it does not work the way it should, it becomes fix-it-yourself project.
