in-store pickup (no freight no shipping charge)

We bought a copy of CATALook to replace our current web solution and the setup seems to be going ok so far. However we just realized there is no option in the freight config to allow the customer to choose “in store pickup”. Since we are a retail store first, we need to be able to offer web customers the option to pick up their items in the store, and avoid charging them shipping on the website. Are we missing something? If this feature is not yet included, what is the best way to go about requesting it?

Pick up in store?

Guy's I have the latest catalook released and I am also not sure where this is, I see where I can set calenders for pick up etc... But no option where I can select PICK UP IN STORE, is this available and if not what is the best way of doing this with out attracting shipping charges?
