Shared SSL
Does anyone know how to make Catalook work with shared ssl?  If I set Catalook to use SSL then it simply changes the domain from http to https.  I need it to change to another shared ssl url such as sharedssl.myhost.com/mydomain   If I set DNN to use the shared ssl and then set the checkout pages to use SSL then when the site goes from  www.mydomain.com to sharedssl.myhost.com/mydomain the contents of the cart are lost.  I have emailed support several days ago but have not heard from them.

Thanks,
Randall

Re: Shared SSL
This is not so straight-forward to implement. You have to create another portal alias in DNN and have DNN manage ssl. You'll want to make your cart page secure. You'll also probably want to make an explicit login page and make that secure also so that if someone logs in first, they're good to go. (If they login on your main domain first, the cookie is different and when you go to the secure page, the cookie will be invalid). hope this helps. 4 months later ;)
