I have a problem in orders and I would be grateful if you can tell me why that happens.

I ordered a product as a normal customer and I chose the “purchase order” as the payment method. And I wanted to pay the money and I went to my account and clicked on “pay now” and it gave 2 types of methods to pay and I selected credit card to do my payment but it redirects to the 404 page. Can someone tell me how to fix this please?  I need a solution as soon as possible since my web site is online at the moment I will be so grateful if you can reply me as soon as possible.
