My client needs to allow some customers to be vat exempt - i.e. it is not the product which is exempt, it is the customer. Is there a way I can do this in the system out-of-the-box? I am currently using a version which is a couple of years old for some other clients, but for this new client I could upgrade to the latest version if necessary, as long as I know it will fix my problem.
