DOES ANYONE EVER RESPOND
I have sent numerous emails concerning my Pro Server license and used the communicator with no response in over 3 weeks! I did not want to resort to the forums but I have no choice. Can someone please contact me or answer my mail or communicator messages. Thank you.

OK, I had 2 seperate responses in less than an hour after sending each question. Support seems good.

He's right - I know it might appear to be disjointed sometimes but the support of this product is very good.

However, I think emailing direct would be the best way to go - do you have the direct email details?

It actually took 2 months to get an email response and by then it was too late, the client switched to other software. I did email and I posted on the forum. I have a question to ask now for another client, so we'll see how fast the response is this time.

How did your wait go?

I'm interested in buying this product but like the poster above not without support.

I emailed over two weeks ago and again last night without any reply. I have also posted here on the forums but all I've had is silence.

This does not feel good.
