We're using Catalook 5.7.8.
I'm setting up shipping using Real-Time rate calculation and package tracking with UPS and USPS.
When I checkout and select UPS I get this message: There are no shipping services currently available for that shipping company. Please select a different shipping company in the [Rates By] dropdown menu.Response Status Code: , Response Status Description: Failure,
USPS has this: There are no shipping services currently available for that shipping company. Please select a different shipping company in the [Rates By] dropdown menu.USPS Rates Request Error, Number: 80040b1a, USPS Rates Request Error: Authorization failure. Perhaps username and/or password is incorrect.
We've double checked:UPS: Username, Password and Account Number. We don't have an Access License, do we need one? If so, how do we get it?
USPS: Username and Passwords are correct, we use them to log into our USPS account.
I assume (very dangerous, I know) that the login credentials in Store Settings for USPS and UPS are the same as our credentials when logging into their site. Yes?
The product I'm purchasing has a weight defined as 1 lbThe address/zip code are valid as bot pickup and delivery locations.
I have three custom rates, they're named BBS-Overnight, BBS-2Day and BBS-Business.
I must be missing something, but don't know what it is.
