Index was out of range errors

Hello,

I have DNN 4.8.0 and a clean uninstall of v05.04.06

When i try to view my cart or orders , I have been having the error of

Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection. Parameter name: index

I saw one fix was to run the v05.04.08 upgrade where do you find this upgrade ? I purchased it from snowcovered and there is not fix under the patches/hotfix section there.

Can anyone help ?? Thank you very much.
