I just started using DNN and Catalook and am very happy with both products. There is one issue with CataLook that I can't figure out. I've looked at the Admin guide and through the forums, but have had no luck with getting an answer. Here's the problem:
When I try to process a credit card, I get the following error:

Specs are:
Payment Processor: (VerisignPayflowPro v4)CataLook version: CATSTORE539_DNN460_PADotNetNuke version: 04.06.00SSL certificate: Issues by Thawte and is working
I've been using this Verisign account since 2003 and so it is live and active. I did copy the Thawte certificate to the DOTNETNUKE/Bin/Certs directory just to see, but no effect. I suspect there is some configuration item I've missed, but can't find anything.

There must be something wrong with the certificate file or there are permission problems for this file or folder. The Network Client must have all permissions to access this file.
