Subscriptions not adding user to Role
Hi

I'm trying to get my site to sell subscriptions, but I can't get it to assign the users to the roles once the order has been placed. Using DNN 4.4.1 and Catalook for 4.4.1.

I have set up Bronze, Silver and Gold membership levels in the Admin > Security Roles, and unchecked Public and Auto-Assign.
I set up subscription products for Silver and Gold membership levels, with pricing and billing period is set to 365 days, and Subscription Role is set to the respective security role.

The orders go through, the credit card number is accepted, but the User Profile > Manage Services does not list the Silver or Gold subscription level purchased.
The Orders section says "Not shipped" for these orders.

What am I doing wrong?

Sorry, one more thing - i did not set pricing for the subscriptions in the Admin > Security Roles screen. If I try to edit the roles, I do not get the option of editing the pricing for the roles. Could this be the problem? Do they need to match the pricing in Catalook, or does Catalook override any settings here?

1) Please check if the orders are set to 'paid'.

2) No, there is also a Bug in DNN4.4.1. The Role Advenced Settings menu is not availbale in this version.l

The orders are set to paid, and if I go to User Roles and look at the users under each role, they are now showing up, but if I log in as a subscriber, and go to the User profile > Manage Services tab, the role does not show up, so there's no Unsubscribe button for that role. I'll try upgrading to 4.5.1 and see if that fixes any problems.

You can see only 'Public' roles there.
