After discovering that this scenario will cause the Index was out of range" error when adding the CAT_Cart module to a page, I upgraded my DNN to 4.4.1. I belive that this is the correct version for 5.2. However I'm still getting the index error when adding the module to a page. I tried using the replacement countrylistbox.dll as posted to these forums, but the problem remains.
