Did you leave FCK as the default editor? I have a fresh DNN 4.5.1 / Catalook 5.2.0 install. The FCK editor works fine in the Store Settings module, but I receive this error when I go to the Products tab:
Error: is currently unavailable.DotNetNuke.Services.Exceptions.ModuleLoadException: Could not load file or assembly 'FreeTextBox' or one of its dependencies.
All you need to do to fix this error is add the FTB dll to the bin folder and then the products page works.
Tha'ts been my only error so far with Cat 5.20 and DNN 4.5.1

Just a note, copying the "\Providers\HtmlEditorProviders\Ftb3HtmlEditorProvider" folder from a pre-4.5 installation will help with broken button images, etc.
So are the 4.5.0/4.5.1 versions of catalook out yet (confused).
