Find the solution:

The solution is to set the Tabid in the Cat_StoreSettings where Cat_CustomerAccount is placed and give the user a role how can show this tab with modules.

But I have a new question:

When I buy the product via PayPal Sandbox, everything on PayPal ist O.K.
When I came back to my portal, the user see the Cat_CustomerAccount module, but the user has no order.

What can be the problem for this?
