Problem with install timing out

I have being trying to install the Catalook build CATSTORE503_DNN3_PA which is a little over 12 MB. Ive tried on a T1 connection but the install keeps blowing up. Any suggestions?

If you have a slow internet connection, you can use also the ftp method to
install the modules: ftp the 3 pa-module files to /Install/Module folder and then give a command at the /Install/Install.aspx?mode=InstallResources

Or:

Change this line in your web.config: protection="All" timeout="60" /> to protection="All" timeout="60000" />
