In our website, products are .PDF and .ZIP files and while adding the product from the catalook interface we have uploaded products on the portal directory. So when user purchases the product and comes to order receipt, on the download image it displays the product name as well as the portalID (on mouse over of image) in the status bar of the browser. We have notice that the user who knows the dnn environments i.e folder structure can directly give the path on the browser and download the product i.e. example (hostname/portaid/porductname). So our query is can we make our product more secure so that user (who knows the dnn directory structure) can not download our product directly?

please let me know which option and setting should be set so that it should not show the product path in the status OR it should not download when some one directly hits the product path on the browser (hostname/portaid/porductname).
