Firefox/1.5.0.8:

I get the same error on my own website, and then I try to test on www.dnnsoft.com to avoid missing something.
When I log in www.dnnsoft.com, and purchase something, it shows error like below image, the purchase can't be finished. And by the way, I can't add any product into my cart or buy any product directly too!

If you use IE6, it is no problem.

I'm looking forward to hearing from susanne very soon.

I am running Catalook 5.0.4 and get the same error using Firefox. It doesn't happen every time. It seems to be showing every page of the shopping cart at once.

This is not CATALooK related. It works well with all Firefox versions. Please check your DNN permission settings and the Firefox security settings: cookies etc. and update to Firefox v2.0.
The DNN module load error can be caused by user authentication state changes: If you stay a long time on the cart page or any other page up to the DNN log out time and you get logged out by DNN, you will see this error if you try to click on any botton. You can increase this time period in the DNN host settings.
If you have a slow internet connection, you must wait until the page loading has been completed before you click on any button. Otherwise the DNN core can not finish the module injection and the page will look similar to your screen shot. This is also not CATALooK related and happens with all modules. Some Firefox versions display the module content long time before the site loading is completed. IE will display the page a very short time before the loading has been finished. It seems that IE is better for ASP applications if you have a slow internet connection.

Then why does this also happen on your Website, what are your DNN permissions? I can't force everyone to use Firefox v2.0. I get the error when I login on the cart page. So I know that it is not a cookie timeout issue.

I can not duplicate this error. I have used several Firefox versions, steps below:
1. I open www.dnnsoft.com
2. Click the 'Buy It Now' button of a product from the first page
3. Click on the 'Final Checkout' button
4. Click on the 'Log In' button
5. Enter my UserName and Password and click 'Login'
6. I see the page with my address data and can continue to checkout.

I see in the log that we had some purchases from Firefox Users. Nobody has reported any problem.
