Here is the XML response from Google for everyone's information:

The XML sent to Google is HUGE and I will mail it to you along with the screen shot.
Interesting enough, I am no longer able to add rates to the shipping table. I can edit and delete them but can no longer add new rates. This is preventing me from adding all of the rates needed to correct this error. Any ideas on why I can no longer add entries?
UPDATE:
I can add shipping rates as long as I leave the Name field blank. Then I am able to edit/update the new rate to add the name... very strange.
I have email the rest of the info to you about Google.
